When you access this website, technically necessary information may be processed to deliver, secure and maintain the website, including the IP address, time of access and technical connection data. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website.
If you use the contact form, we process the information you enter (name, hotel, email address and, optionally, your message) to handle and respond to your enquiry.
The forms are processed using Netlify Forms. Netlify stores form submissions in its system and makes them available to us for handling; notifications may also be sent to our email address hello@glowrepublic.eu. Netlify describes its form handling and storage in its documentation and provides a data-processing framework for customers.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to steps requested by you prior to entering into a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.
We keep enquiry data only for as long as necessary to process the enquiry or where statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may process personal data as part of hosting and technical service delivery. According to Netlify, personal data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area; Netlify refers to safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for relevant transfers.
This website uses fonts provided through Google Fonts. When a page loads, the browser requests the required stylesheets and font files from Google servers. This establishes a connection to Google and involves processing of technical connection data.
We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising tracking services.
We do not currently use non-essential analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. Technically necessary processing required to provide and secure the service is carried out without additional consent where permitted by applicable law.
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
